Jay Doherty - Chief Executive Officer

Jay Doherty began his career at Cabot, Cabot & Forbes in 1981 as a project manager and held a succession of staff and managerial positions, culminating in his promotion to president of the firm in 1998.  He is also Chairman of the Massachusetts chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the leading voice for commercial real estate in Massachusetts. Jay graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1981 and with a BA from Middlebury College in 1975.

 

Jeffrey Swartz - Managing Director

As Managing Director, Jeff oversees the firm’s capital markets activities, bringing more than 30 years of real estate experience to CC&F. Jeff began his career working at Leggat McCall & Werner and ultimately rose to executive vice president/district manager. He then joined Spaulding & Slye as a partner where he started the company's investment sales program, which eventually became its capital markets group. Most recently he served as chief investment officer of the Chiofaro Company. He has twice been recognized by Commercial Property News as being one of the top real estate professionals in the country. Jeff graduated with a BSBA from Boston University in 1978.

 

 

Michael Boujoulian - Vice President

As Vice President, Michael has worked on the development of more than 1,600 residential units in eastern Massachusetts, including many under the Massachusetts affordable housing law, Chapter 40B. At CC&F, Mike is working on multifamily development in Greater Boston including a proposed 428 unit community in Cambridge, MA.  Phase I of the project includes 260 luxury residences boasting tremendous access to area amenity retail, open space and transit.  Mike graduated from Babson College in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business, majoring in Real Estate studies.  Mike is a member of the ULI Young Leaders, NAIOP and REFA.

 

Caleb Manchester

 

 

Caleb Manchester - Project Manager

Caleb Manchester is a Project Manager at CC&F, and has extensive commercial and multifamily real estate development experience. He is responsible for day-to-day operational and tactical management of ongoing development projects, as well as project pipeline development. Prior to joining CC&F, Caleb was an Associate at Corridor Ventures, LLC, an owner and developer of multifamily and student housing properties throughout the US. Caleb graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Finance, and from the University of Connecticut with an MBA.

 

 

John Sullivan

 

John Sullivan - Project Manager

At CC&F, John oversees acquisition, permitting, financing and construction activities. Prior to joining CC&F, John was a project manager for Bovis Lend Lease in Boston, working on projects that include the InterContinental Hotel & Residences, the repositioning of 179 Lincoln St., Merck's Longwood Research and Laboratory Center and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences. Most recently, John worked as a project manager for Urban Edge, where he primarily focused on the Jackson Square Redevelopment Initiative, a mixed-use, mixed-income, transit-oriented development in Boston. John holds a MS is Real Estate Development from MIT and graduated with honors from Lafayette College with degrees in Engineering Management and Economics & Business.
